I had been using this mix for quite a long time & decided to give it a break
I have had stomach pain when eating in the past and ended up having a total 'gut reset' which took 18 months - Gluten & sugar free etc. - It worked
However, my gut pain & bloating has recently returned and Ive realised this started when I I stopped taking this tonic - I hadnt realised it must greatly contribute to my gut health until now !!
Im HAPPY to keep continuing on it

Love this liver mix. I'd been having some digestive issues and signs of liver sluggishness, and immediately felt the benefits once taking this tincture. It's not overly bitter, which was a pleasant surprise, and has calmed my gut immensely, reduced gas and cramping, alleviated nausea and generally improved my wellbeing. Really love this as an ongoing daily support - makes me feel better about living in the (health-challenging) modern world!

Liver conditioning mix and urinary tract infection for prostate health

My husband has been using this herbal remedy, along with the prostate mix, for his enlarged prostate and urinary tract infections. Cath recommended both based on his condition. He has been feeling so much better, and the liver conditioning is helping to cleanse his liver.
